Today, Imagon has sold the entire share capital of its subsidiaries, Imagon AB and Imagon AS, to BrandFactory Scandinavia AB. The transaction strengthens the strategic decisions of Imagon Oy, focusing the business operations in Finland and expanding into international markets through the Finnish company.
In addition, Imagon Oy and BrandFactory Scandinavia AB have entered into a new partnership agreement to specifically cater to the needs of their major clients. Imagon will become a significant manufacturing partner for BrandFactory Scandinavia in the Swedish and Norwegian markets. Furthermore, Imagon and BrandFactory Scandinavia will combine their expertise and capacity to serve certain customers in the Finnish market as well.
