For Imagon, 2025 marked a turning point following the strategic changes introduced in 2023. Revenue continued to grow, reaching 7.5 million euros, and the company’s balance sheet strengthened considerably.
Growth has been pursued through a deliberate focus on developing sales and marketing, and that work is now showing up in the numbers. EBITDA more than tripled compared to the previous year, and the bottom line turned clearly positive.
– The foundation for all of this was our decision to change the company’s strategy. We refocused operations on Finland by divesting our international service operations in 2023. We now operate in Finland and from Finland into the Nordic markets through our partner. This has brought better manageability to how we work, as well as faster responsiveness to changes in market conditions and seasonal fluctuations, says CEO Mikko Okkonen.
– We have also been very active in sales, listening carefully to customer needs, and at the same time investing heavily in experiential retail expertise. These efforts have allowed us to offer our customers a better service and to develop several new innovations for immersive retail environments, continues Mikko.
Growth through renewal
In recent years, Imagon has pursued purposeful renewal and laid the groundwork for future growth. Despite challenging market conditions, the company has succeeded in strengthening its competitiveness and developing its operations to better meet customer needs.
Right now, the focus is firmly on the future. The company plans to invest in new equipment and technologies to serve customers in an increasingly versatile and efficient way.
Although the market outlook remains modest, the mood is clearly positive and confident. There are signs of activity and growth in the customer base, and growth is being further accelerated by recruiting a new Sales Manager to strengthen new customer acquisition.
Strategic choices, investments, and a committed team provide a strong foundation for the company’s next leap forward.
